[edit] HijackthisRemote
I worked HijackthisRemote_Reports into a document that paints a disturbing picture of the service. Feel free to tone it down if you think more evidence is needed. --Ikester 03:12, 20 January 2006 (EST)
[edit] User:1144468806 Spam
Thanks for getting rid of that Paul. One question though -- why do I not see those original changes reflected in Recent History? --Ikester 00:29, 10 April 2006 (EDT)
- I'm using the bot=1 entry when viewing their contribs, and rolling back ensuring the bot=1 is there. It removes it from the default recent changes view. When there, you can select to view bot changes, and then they'll show up. --Paul 00:59, 10 April 2006 (EDT)
- By going to "Special:Contributions&target=<username>&bot=1" right? But how did you know what account to look for? I've been tracking RecentChanges on a daily basis and didn't see this. I would have noticed the unusual username if nothing else. --Ikester 03:06, 10 April 2006 (EDT)
- By default, before I roll anything back I see the changes in Recent changes. Once I rollback using the "bot=1", you can then pull up those changes via [1]. --Paul 14:22, 10 April 2006 (EDT)
- Ah OK. I misread the history I looked at and thought the spam had been up for almost two days. That's why I couldn't understand how I missed it so thought you must have some other means of checking changes. Anyway I didn't miss anything: I just hadn't checked between midnight and noon the next day. --Ikester 15:21, 10 April 2006 (EDT)

[edit] Wikipedia
Paul Thanks for the comment on my user talk. BTW I just noticed how the guys at wikipedia treated your contributions when you tried to improve their articles on spyware a while back, even deleted your article on castlecops, those idiots don't know who they are talking to man, talk about showing no respect. lol. No wonder you decided to start your own wiki. That's the problem with wikipedia man, a lot of people thinking they know stuff and not wanting to admit they know nuts when the real experts come in and correct them--LU 02:19, 26 October 2006 (EDT)
- Thanks LU, and again welcome to CC. --Paul 13:39, 27 October 2006 (EDT)
