Changes to refine our Vision and Mission are most welcome. However when making changes please consider that some thought went into the current prose. Especially when making any substantive changes, please leave a rationale for the changes at this page. If there are substantial changes, consider leaving a copy of the text as it appeared so it can more easily be compared to the text as you've modified it.
