Provides a better handle on the elements we want to track and possible choices for each. Changed Purpose to Goal - Perhaps a nitpick but the purpose is sometimes subjective and possibly more abstract while the goal is usually more objective and concrete - --Ikeb 02:29, 25 Mar 2005 (EST)
