Thunderbird has perhaps the very simplest and easiest facility for capturing email source code. Simply select an email and press CTL-U. This will open a new window containing the entire source. Right click anywhere in the window, click Select All, right click again, and click Copy.

This will place the source code on the clipboard ready to paste into the submission form.
