Microsoft Outlook Express

Outlook Express (OE) has a very simple interface that allows retrieval of the full email source. Just follow these steps:
1. With OE open, right click on the email and mouse down to Properties
2. In the dialogue box that opens click on Message Source
3. A box containing the message source will open. Right click anywhere in the box then click on Select All
4. With all text selected (highlighted) right click in the box again and click on Copy
The entire email source will now be on the clipboard and ready to paste into the submission box.
