Return to the inbox and open a message. The message will now have header information displayed. To display the source click on View E-mail Message Source

A new browser window will open containing the source code of the email including full headers. Right click anywhere in the page and click Select All

With all text selected (highlighted) right click again and click on Copy

The full source code will now be on the clipboard ready to paste into the submission box.

Note: The settings changed above are persistent so will not have to be repeated for subsequent submissions unless you chose to revert them to their previous state.
