Mail (OS X)

To report source information of a suspected phishing email in Mac OS X's Mail application:

Select View > Message > Long Headers (Shift-Command-H) from Mail's menu. Your email will now display all of the tracking information necessary to determine the source of the email.
Select View > Message > Raw Source (Option-Command-U) to display the raw source of the message.
Select all of the text in the message (Command-A) and copy to the clipboard (Command-C).
Paste (Command-V) this content into the Fried Phish form on the reporting phishing scams page.
Enter the complete phish URL into the appropriate field.
Submit your report by clicking on the Report a Phish button.
