The default blocking lists that ship with MailWasher Pro are SpamCop and ORDB

SpamCop is a general purpose spam blocking list based on reported spam, they also offer their reporting service (free or paid) that you can forward your spam to from within MailWasher.

ORDB is an Open Relay Database which stores IP-addresses of verified open SMTP relays. These relays are, or are likely to be, used as conduits for sending spam.

Two DNSBLs SpamCop and DynaBlock work well against spam sent from malware infected personal computers.

What is the SpamCop Blocking List (SCBL)?

DNSBL of dynamic IP spaces (Dial-Up and BroadBand addresses)

Declude offers a List of All Known DNS-based Spam Databases with links to most of them for more details.

To add a blocking list you go to Origin of spam under Spam Tools. Key a short name, and key the blocklist lookup name (for example dnsbl.sorbs.net). Click OK.
