1. With Gmail webmail open mouse to the upper right hand corner of the email itself and click on More Options
2. With the additional options shown click on Show Original
3. A new window will open containing the entire email source. Right click anywhere on the page, click Select All, right click again, and click Copy
The email source will now be on the clipboard ready to paste into the submission box.
