DVD-RAM Driver

This software is used to read DVD-RAM formated disks on the laptop's built in DVD-ROM.

The DVD-RAM Driver package bundled with the laptop can support both read and write to DVD-RAM discs, and contains the following utilities:

  • Format Software (DVDForm)- to fomat a DVD-RAM disc in UDF or FAT32 formats.
  • Disc Write Protect Tool (WPTool) - to lock/unlock the DVD-RAM write protect function.
