CastleCops Staff: Team Lead

From CastleCopsWiki

Jump to: navigation, search

Team Leads are members of the volunteer staff who have been selected to lead the efforts of a particular group and to serve as an administrative point of contact for that group. Team Leads are normally recruited from existing staff, either from within the group or from the pool of administrators. The position does not necessarily imply that the individual is the most technically qualified of the group members. The Team Lead title is always preceeded by the designation of the group for which they conduct training.

In addition to performing all the normal duties and responsibilities inherent in their group membership Team Leads perform the following additional functions:

    • Monitor the activities of their group.
    • Maintain the group's private forum.
    • Perform Host[1] duties in the group's public forum if one exists.
    • Serve as liaison between group members and site management.
    • Act personally or delegate responsibility to coordinate group projects.
    • Adds and removes members of the group
